Admission process

Find below the dates for the registration and admission process of the Degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts.


 

STUDENTS LIVING IN SPAIN

Fill in the online registration and upload your passport.
The registration will be active from 4 November 2019 to 5 June 2020. Should places be available, the registration will reopen from 6 June to 13 July 2020.
If everything is correct, we will validate your registration and will ask you to provide documentation that proves you satisfy the academic access requirements.
Once we have received your documentation, we will call you to one of our meetings in Donostia-San Sebastian or Madrid where a team of experts will evaluate your personal aptitudes.
On 22 June 2020, we will publish the list of admissions to the Degree course. To this end, we will bear in mind your academic record, your level of English and the results of the meetings. The admission grade will be calculated as follows:
  • 60% of the grade comes from the academic results
  • 5% of the grade is the qualification linked to the modality of the previous studies
  • 35% of the grade comes from the meeting results (60% personal competences and 40% motivation)
A quota of 30% of the spots is directed to students coming from international educational systems.
We will ask you for documentation to formalise your enrolment from 29 June to 3 July 2020.

 


STUDENTS LIVING ABROAD

Fill in the online registration and upload your Passport.
The registration will be active from 4 November 2019 to 5 June 2020. Should places be available, the registration will reopen from 6 June to 13 July 2020.
If everything is correct, we will validate your registration and will ask you to provide documentation that proves you satisfy the academic access requirements.
Once we have received your documentation, we will ask you for an introduction video and to complete some online tests.
On 22 June 2020, we will publish the list of admissions to the Degree course. To this end, we will have to bear in mind your academic record, your level of English and Spanish, and the introduction video and tests. The admission grade will be calculated as follows:
