At Basque Culinary Center, we continue to grow our team and are looking for people with a pedagogical outlook, management skills, and a passion for cooking to join the Faculty of Gastronomic Sciences for the 2025–2026 academic year. 

Your main mission will be to support teaching staff in the development of culinary training activities by performing various operational tasks. These tasks will ensure proper management of the spaces and resources needed to deliver undergraduate and postgraduate classes effectively. 

On a day-to-day basis, you will: 

• Assist with ingredient preparation, mise en place, and recipe execution under the supervision of the teaching staff. 
• Help manage inventories, ensuring availability, quality, and proper handling of raw materials for classes. 
• Keep the work area clean and organized, ensuring that equipment, classrooms, machinery, and tools are in optimal condition. 
• Participate in organizing and supporting student-led workshops and projects. 

Do you identify with the following? 

• You hold a Higher Vocational Degree in Culinary Arts or other related gastronomic fields. 
• You have 3 or more years of experience working in the culinary sector. 
• You have strong social and interpersonal skills, creating a positive atmosphere at all times. 
• You have great organizational skills and a strong sense of order. 
• You are enthusiastic about entering the world of education and have a passion for gastronomy. 

You’ll have an advantage if: 

• You have solid experience in kitchen work, enabling you to bring even more value to the team. 
• You are fluent in Basque and English (B2/C1), which will enhance your communication abilities. 
• You easily adapt to different contexts and demonstrate flexibility.
