El viernes 17 de Octubre (1pm – 2pm), vendrá al Basque Culinary Center la  Prof. Tatjana Van Strien (Free University of Amsterdam & Radboud University of Nijmegen) a dar una charla sobre:

“Dieting and (emotional) overeating” 

Prof Dr Tatjana van Strien is endowed professor ´Psychology of eating styles´at the Free University of Amsterdam and associate professor at the Radboud University of Nijmegen (The Netherlands). She researches in epidemiological and experimental studies psychological aspects of dieting and overeating, with a special interest in the underlying mechanisms of emotional eating. She developed the Dutch Eating Behaviour Questionnaire, which is used by researchers all over the world, and has been translated in over 15 languages.
