Your main mission will be to take responsibility, in collaboration with the teaching team, for the design and delivery of courses related to the culinary arts area, aimed at Bachelor's and Master's students within the BCC Ecosystem. 

Our main areas of work include: 

• Preparing, together with the kitchen assistant team, the mise en place for training activities, stock control, purchasing orders, and related tasks. 
• Teaching both theoretical and practical culinary subjects. 
• Updating content for the delivery of different courses. 
• Supervising projects, reviewing assignments, monitoring student progress, moderating forums, and providing academic support. 
• Participating in academic activities and projects related to the culinary arts area. 

Do you identify with the following profile? 

• You hold at least a vocational qualification (FP2 or equivalent) in Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, Hospitality, or a related field. 
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience working in gastronomic or Michelin-starred restaurants. 
• You possess strong knowledge of culinary techniques and an up-to-date understanding of the gastronomy sector and its trends. 
• You are proficient in using IT tools such as Excel, email, and similar applications. 

You will stand out if: 

• You hold a university degree in Gastronomy, Tourism, or a related field. 
• You have experience delivering formal or non-formal training. 
• You have a high level of English and Basque (C1).
