Your main mission will be to collaborate in the analysis, execution, and technical support of research and innovation studies and projects related to the Sensory Analysis area of our Technological Center, GOe Tech Center. 

Our main areas of work focus on: 

• Collaborating in the management of sensory panels, participating in participant recruitment, session organization, sample preparation, and the monitoring of the Center’s tasting and consumer panels. 
• Supporting the organization and execution of qualitative research sessions (e.g., Focus Groups) and quantitative consumer studies, including Home Use Tests (HUT) and studies conducted in sensory evaluation rooms. 
• Assisting in data processing and analysis using specific statistical techniques (e.g., ANOVA, Principal Component Analysis - PCA, among others). 
• Collaborating in the interpretation of results and the preparation of technical reports, transforming complex data into clear conclusions and practical recommendations. 

Do you identify with the following characteristics? 

• You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Gastronomy, Human Nutrition and Dietetics, Food Technology, or related fields. 
• You have up to one year of experience, either through internships or professional experience in similar positions. 
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1). 
• You enjoy teamwork and collaborating in multidisciplinary environments. 

You will stand out if you: 

• Have completed a Master's Degree in Gastronomic Sciences, Advanced Human Nutrition Sciences, Food Quality and Safety, or related areas. 
• Possess strong interpersonal communication skills and adapt easily to dynamic and changing environments. 
• Have a high level of Basque (C1).
