At Basque Culinary Center (BCC) and Gastronomy Open Ecosystem (GOe), we are looking for professionals from the gastronomic field and/or the nutrition and health sector to join a talent pool aimed at covering occasional teaching needs across our different locations. 

We are seeking profiles such as chefs capable of delivering courses for non-professional audiences, chefs with knowledge of healthy eating, as well as nutritionists or other health professionals with an affinity for cooking. It is not essential for all competencies to be held by a single person. 

Your mission is to design, develop, and deliver courses, classes, and practical workshops on cooking and nutrition, aimed at diverse audiences (both adults and children), in educational, outreach, and experiential contexts. 

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: 

• Organising and planning the development of classes and workshops in collaboration with the cooking and nutrition area coordinator. 
• Delivering courses and workshops related to healthy eating, cooking adapted to different nutritional needs, and healthy lifestyle habits. 
• Addressing and resolving participants’ questions from a culinary and/or nutritional perspective, depending on your professional profile. 
• Contributing to the creation of a high-quality learning experience aligned with the values of BCC and GOe. 

Do you identify with any of the following characteristics? 

• Professional experience in gastronomy (cooking, hospitality, culinary training) and/or in nutrition, dietetics, or health-related fields. 
• Experience delivering training (formal or non-formal). 
• Solid knowledge of healthy cooking, adapted culinary techniques, or the fundamentals of nutrition and health. 
• Strong social skills and the ability to connect with both adult and child audiences. 
• Proficiency in office tools. 
• Availability for occasional collaboration according to project needs. 

You will stand out if you: 

• Hold a higher education or Bachelor´s Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, Gastronomy, Health Sciences, or related fields. 
• Have knowledge of special diets, adapted cooking, healthy cooking techniques, or specific products. 
• Have a high level of Basque and English (C1). 
• Stand out for your organisational and planning skills.
