Do you have experience working in the training sector? Are you a sales-oriented person? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you! 

Your main mission will be to support the professional courses area in the development of tailored proposals and in the management of training projects. In collaboration with the person responsible for the area and the rest of the team, you will ensure the proper functioning and optimal development of the courses. 

What will your day-to-day look like? 

• You will respond to requests from groups and companies, identifying needs and adapting existing solutions and/or developing new offerings. 
• You will execute commercial action plans aimed at attracting and retaining clients. 
• You will prepare commercial proposals and follow them up, defining content, pedagogical approach, format, and budget. 
• You will design, develop, and coordinate tailor-made training projects. 
• You will negotiate conditions with different stakeholders. 
• You will coordinate operations and documentation related to tailor-made projects, both nationally and internationally (speaker accommodation and travel, venue bookings, catering services, etc.). 
• You will analyze course evaluations and propose improvements for implementation in future editions. 

Do you identify with the following characteristics? 

• You hold a Higher Training qualification in Marketing and Advertising, Commercial Management, International Trade, Tourism, or similar fields. 
• You have at least 3 years of experience working in training management and sales. 
• You have a high level of Basque and English (C1). 
• You are a friendly person with strong social and interpersonal skills. 

You will stand out if you also… 

• Hold a Bachelor´s Degree in Business Management and Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Tourism, or related fields. 
• Have basic knowledge of graphic editing. 
• Have experience working with CRM tools. 
• Have knowledge of or experience in the gastronomy sector.
