Audiovisual Communication Technician

Your work will be key in creating photographic and audiovisual content that reflects the innovation, diversity, and excellence of the gastronomic ecosystem promoted by the Basque Culinary Center. 

Your main mission will be to participate in the production of photos, videos, and multimedia pieces for social media, the website, and institutional projects, helping to strengthen the brand’s visual and narrative identity. 

Main responsibilities: 

  • Take photographs and videos in various contexts (events, portraits, products, kitchens, research, etc.). 
  • Edit audiovisual material: video editing, color correction, sound, and post-production. 
  • Manage and archive graphic and audiovisual materials. 
  • Support the creation of content for social media and digital channels. 
  • Collaborate with communication, marketing, and project teams to plan and produce content. 
  • Perform basic maintenance and configuration of technical equipment (cameras, lenses, recorders, lighting, etc.). 

Requirements

Main responsibilities: 

  • Take photographs and videos in various contexts (events, portraits, products, kitchens, research, etc.). 
  • Edit audiovisual material: video editing, color correction, sound, and post-production. 
  • Manage and archive graphic and audiovisual materials. 
  • Support the creation of content for social media and digital channels. 
  • Collaborate with communication, marketing, and project teams to plan and produce content. 
  • Perform basic maintenance and configuration of technical equipment (cameras, lenses, recorders, lighting, etc.). 

We’re looking for someone who: 

  • Holds a university degree in Audiovisual Communication, Photography, Film, or a similar field. 
  • Is proficient in editing tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalents such as Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve). 
  • Has solid knowledge of photography and video: camera handling, optics, sound, and lighting. 
  • Has strong aesthetic and storytelling skills, capable of capturing the essence of gastronomy and the human work behind it. 
  • Is familiar with the language and formats of social media (Reels, Stories, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). 
  • Demonstrates teamwork, a proactive attitude, and autonomy in managing projects. 

You’ll stand out if: 

  • You have knowledge of Motion Graphics or animation. 
  • You have experience in creative, cultural, or gastronomic environments. 
  • You have an intermediate level of Basque and English. 
  • You include your portfolio showcasing your best work.
