We aim to create a faculty talent pool in the Culinary Arts area, allowing us to bring together the best professionals to drive educational excellence at our Faculty of Gastronomic Sciences. 

Who are we looking for? 

• Chefs and Head Chefs with a solid professional career who wish to step into the field of teaching. 
• Professionals with experience leading prestigious kitchens, passionate about gastronomy and eager to share their knowledge. 
• Individuals with a vocation for teaching and mentoring new generations, who enjoy the process of transmitting knowledge and passion. 

How would you contribute to the project? 

• Designing and updating the culinary training curriculum. 
• Supporting and coordinating faculty teams and collaborators. 
• Delivering inspiring practical sessions, transmitting rigor, creativity, and passion. 
• Representing the area at events and forums, strengthening ties with the national and international gastronomic community

What we value in you: 

• Higher Degree in Culinary Management or related qualifications. 
• Over 10 years of experience leading kitchens in prestigious restaurants. 
• Teaching experience (formal or through workshops, conferences, lectures, etc.). 
• Deep knowledge of both traditional cuisine and current culinary trends. 
• Fluent English (C1 level). 
• Passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative attitude. 
• Highly valued: a Master’s in Teacher Training and a profile that combines professional excellence with approachability and student-centered orientation.
