At Basque Culinary Center, an internationally recognized academic institution in the field of gastronomy, we are looking for a Qualifications Manager within our Faculty of Gastronomic Sciences. 

Your main mission will be to ensure the smooth logistical and organizational operation of the training programs, managing resources and working closely with the academic team, teaching staff, and students. 

In your day-to-day: 

• You will coordinate spaces, facilities, and specialized equipment needed for educational activities. 
• You will organize the logistics of classes, field trips, events, and complementary activities. 
• You will oversee materials, supplies, and associated budget control. 
• You will keep digital content up to date and support administrative processes related to the programs. 
• You will guide students in using the systems and resources available to support their learning. 
• You will propose improvements to optimize the use of shared resources across different programs. 

Do you identify with the following profile? 

• You have completed a Higher Vocational Degree in a field related to management and are interested in continuing to grow within the educational sector. 
• You have experience organizing training programs or events. 
• You are familiar with business management tools such as ERP Business Central (or similar) and feel comfortable in digital environments. 
• You know how to use educational platforms like Moodle and help others do so. 
• You can communicate fluently in English (minimum level C1), especially in academic or professional contexts.

• You have previous experience working in educational environments and understand their dynamics. 
• You are familiar with the gastronomy sector and are interested in contributing from an educational perspective. 
• You can communicate in Basque in a professional context and feel comfortable using it daily.
