Integrated Management Systems Technician

Your main mission will be to drive continuous improvement through the effective management of Integrated Quality, Sustainability, and Safety Systems, transforming data into knowledge to support strategic decision-making. 

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: 

  • Ensuring regulatory compliance by coordinating and supervising internal and external audits (ISO 9001, UNE 166002, HACCP, AUDIT/Unibasq) and managing documentation in systems such as KUDE. 
  • Designing, implementing, and optimizing quality processes to generate value and efficiency in management. 
  • Coordinating and analyzing management indicators, including the collection, analysis, and reporting of key data. 
  • Centralizing and monitoring actions from the Sustainable Development Plan (SDP) across all areas and projects promoted by BCC and Mondragon Unibertsitatea. 
  • Identifying and managing improvement opportunities, non-conformities, and initiatives in innovation and sustainability. 
  • Collaborating with various departments to integrate a management culture based on data, sustainability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization. 

Requirements

Do you identify with the following traits? 

  • You have a university degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field. 
  • You are proficient in digital environments, especially with relational databases and office tools, with a strong command of Excel. 
  • You are methodical, analytical, and focused on continuous improvement, with the ability to identify areas for enhancement and propose innovative solutions. 
  • You have strong communication and teamwork skills. 
  • You speak Basque and English fluently, allowing you to operate confidently in professional settings. 

You’ll stand out if... 

  • You’ve worked with data visualization and analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms. 
  • You’re motivated to work in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments focused on continuous improvement. 
  • You hold a Master's degree in Quality, Management Systems, or related fields.
