Your main mission will be to participate in training and projects related to people and talent management in organizations.   

Our main lines of work are focused on:   

• Participate in the training process of undergraduate, Master and Professional students through an active model, with a participatory role as a teacher and coach.   
• Participate in possible consulting or advisory projects related to these topics.  
• Participate in research projects in the area.  
• Collaborate and participate in the co-design and execution of training and mentoring activities for undergraduate and Master's students.   

Do you identify with the following characteristics?  

• You have a university degree in psychology, pedagogy, sociology or similar, or a background in business management and a master's degree in people management.  
• You have consolidated experience of more than 5 years in the definition and implementation of training programs and people and talent management.   
• You are proactive and have self-management skills.   
• You have experience in university training and mentoring students.   

You will make a difference if:   

• You work interchangeably in Spanish and English.   
• You have a PhD in people and talent management.  
• You have experience in the HORECA sector.  
• You have a high level of Basque (C1).  
• You have an official Certificate of Disability equal or superior to 33%.
