Your main mission will be to provide administrative support by coordinating activities related to academic management.   

Our main lines of work are focused on:  

• Management of Academic Documentation of the Final Degree and Master's Degree Projects, as well as their collection and archiving.   
• Management of the application for degrees and records.   
• Management of student cancellations due to termination.   
• Preparation of certificates.  
• Attention to students in progress.   
• Management of Official Scholarships of the Basque Government and Ministry of Education.  
• Management of International Mobility Scholarships.  
• Collaboration in academic management processes for Undergraduate, Master's and Doctorate degrees.

Do you feel identified with the following characteristics?  

• Higher Level Training Cycle in Secretarial Studies, Administration or similar.  
• You have 3 to 5 years of experience working in the Academic Secretary´s Office of Training Centers where Formal Education is provided. 
• Advanced knowledge of the Office package.  
• High interlocution and writing skills (C1) in English and Basque.  
• You enjoy working in a team.  

You will make a difference if:  

• You have knowledge of learning platforms such as Moodle, Zoho CRM and Business Central ERP.  
• You have interpersonal communication skills, planning and self-management skills.  
• You have an official disability certificate equal to or greater than 33%.
