Teacher in Avant-Garde Area

Are you passionate about the world of gastronomy? do you have previous experience working in the industry? do you want to be part of the pioneering international institution in the industry of Gastronomy? read on to find out what we can offer you! 

Your main mission will be the design, development and teaching of subjects related to the avant-garde area, as well as applied innovation in this field. You will count on the collaboration of the rest of the team.  

Our main lines of work are focused on:  

  • Carrying out the co-design of the subject in coordination with the rest of the teachers of the specialty.  
  • Organize and plan the development of the classes.  
  • Teaching the courses related to the area of vanguard.  
  • Follow up the students, solving their doubts and accompanying them in the learning process.  

Requirements

Do you feel identified with the following characteristics? 

  • Higher Degree in Gastronomy, Food Industries or similar.  
  • At least 5 years of professional experience working in nationally or internationally recognized kitchens. 
  • Teaching experience (regulated training or non-formal training).  
  • Knowledge of advanced culinary techniques.  
  •  Knowledge of current trends in the restaurant industry.  
  •  You feel comfortable interacting in Spanish and English (C1).  
  • You have interpersonal communication skills, planning and self-management skills.  

You will make a difference if: 

  • You have a University Degree in Gastronomy.  
  • You have experience working internationally in R&D or leading restaurant projects.  
  • You feel comfortable interacting in Basque.  
  • You are willing to travel.  
  • You are a creative and innovative person who enjoys working in a team. 
  • You have an official disability certificate of 33% or more.
