At the Basque Culinary Center, we need to recruit an Events Producer, whose main objective will be to be in charge of the executive production of the events organised at the BCC. As an Event Producer, you will be in charge of customer service, people management, economic results, management of spaces and resources for events, and the development of the activity in its entirety. To this end, you will maintain interdepartmental relations with suppliers, institutional relations, team leadership and a vision of continuous improvement towards the BCC's event management processes.
Your main functions are...
- Co-design each event with the head of the events department and the client.
- Plan the needs and resources of each event in compliance with the event management quality process.
- Execute and supervise the production of the event, as well as coordinate the different work teams.
- Document the financial closure of each event and evaluate customer satisfaction.
We are looking for people who...
- Have a background in gastronomy, event organisation and management.
- Training in project management.
- Have experience leading teams and managing people.
- Are comfortable interacting in English and Basque.
- Have office automation skills; e-mails, Excel, Office.
