At BCC, we need to incorporate a Technician for the People Management area who wants to be part of our People Management department.
Your main mission will be the planning and execution of recruitment and selection processes, as well as participating in projects related to people management in the organisation. In your day-to-day work you will be in charge of...
- Identify different types of Candidate Persona for each internal client.
- Create a network where the different types of Candidate Persona are identified.
- Advise and create attractive offers for the needs of incorporation of BCC.
- Recruitment and selection of the people who best fit with the professional project offered.
- Ensuring a quality onboarding process that guarantees loyalty and a satisfactory employee experience.
We are looking for people who...
- Have a university degree in Psychology, ADE or similar.
- Have 3 to 5 years' experience in managing selection processes with a high diversity of selected profiles.
- Are comfortable interacting in English and Basque (C1).
You will make a difference at BCC if you:
- You have a master's degree in People Management.
- You know and have experience in Inbound recruiting.
- You enjoy working in a dynamic environment with a high level of interaction with people, and are oriented towards achieving objectives and customer satisfaction.
