The Basque Culinary Center needs to hire an Enthusiast service technician for the Master’s
Degree and Courses Department.
They will be responsible for managing registrations for the courses, fulfilling an Enthusiast
service role and providing operational support in the courses and/or activities.
In collaboration with the department director, the area manager and the team, they will be
responsible for the successful performance of the area and the courses.
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, nice person, with good interpersonal skills, and a
gastronomy lover. They should be organised and have the capacity to provide support
during events, courses and other activities. They will be personable and will look after the
network of customers, making sure that their stays are perfect.
Their main functions will be the following:
 Management of registrations and databases
 Management of group and company requests
 Customer support
 Monitoring of courses
 Operational support in courses and activities
 Preparation of documentation and certificates
 Implementation of commercial action plans
 Prospecting and attracting new private customers and companies
 Management of social media
 Creation of newsletters and graphic documentation
 
 

 Advanced Vocational Training: Business and Marketing, Tourism etc.
 Advanced level knowledge of English and Basque
 Availability for split working day and evening and weekend work
