Basque Culinary Center has organised a new edition of its Summer Gastronomy Camps, BCulinary Udan, which will be held this summer in Gipuzkoa and Madrid. Registration is now open. In total, there will be six gastronomy camps, aimed at children aged 11/12-14 and adolescents aged 15-17 who like to cook; two of them in Gipuzkoa and the other four in Madrid, which will be entirely in English. These camps seek to bring gastronomy and cuisine closer to the children and young people who are passionate about it.

The programme will be held over the course of seven or ten consecutive days that involve a full-time stay -with a different calendar at each location- and the young people who register will have the opportunity to not only discover the secrets of cuisine in a practical and fun way, but also to learn about everything surrounding the products that are cooked, among other activities.

Thus, they will have the opportunity to discover the secrets of gastronomy, that they will approach through practical workshops, outings and visits related to the world of cuisine. During their daily activity with guest chefs, they will prepare traditional and international recipes, use innovative cooking techniques, learn about the preparation processes of the main ingredients they cook with and will go on outings and visits of interest, in addition to carrying out other free time activities.
