Your main mission will be to ensure the smooth technical and operational delivery of practical culinary classes for professionals in the gastronomy sector, supporting faculty members to guarantee the successful development of training activities and an outstanding learning experience for participants. 

What will your day-to-day look like? 

• Ensure the technical and operational execution of practical culinary classes. 
• Prepare the mise en place required for each training session. 
• Support faculty with operational tasks, including purchasing, inventory control, preparation of materials, and other activities related to teaching. 
• Provide technical assistance to instructors during practical sessions, ensuring classes run smoothly. 
• Answer technical questions and provide support to participants throughout the sessions. 
• Collaborate in the development and implementation of projects promoted by the Kitchen area. 

Do you identify with the following profile? 

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience working in kitchens. 
• You are fluent in Spanish. 
• You hold a Higher Vocational Diploma in Kitchen Management or a related field. 
• You are proactive, autonomous, and enjoy working collaboratively in an innovative environment. 
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools. 

It will be an asset if you... 

• Have teaching experience in gastronomy. 
• Are fluent in English and Basque.
