Training Program Manager

Description

Do you have experience in customer service within the education sector? Have you worked on training and student support projects? If the answer is yes, this opportunity is for you! 

Your main mission will be to ensure a comprehensive student experience, supporting students from the moment they enroll until they start their training programme and throughout its delivery. 

Our main areas of work focus on: 

  • Providing support to students, assisting them with pre-arrival procedures and throughout the delivery of the training programme. 
  • Planning and coordinating the needs of face-to-face, hybrid, and online training programmes, establishing key programme milestones and monitoring their completion by coordinators, faculty members, and other stakeholders involved. 
  • Working closely with the teaching team of the training programmes, ensuring excellence and quality throughout the learning process and student experience. 
  • Supporting students and the teaching team in managing the external internships carried out in companies within the sector. 
  • Preparing and planning the academic documentation associated with the programmes and students. 
  • Managing the financial control of programme budgets, as well as preparing statistical reports on students, surveys, programmes, and related data. 

Requirements

Do you identify with the following profile? 

  • You hold a Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration and Management, Sociology, Pedagogy, or another field that demonstrates competencies in project and people management. 
  • You have between 3 and 5 years of experience in activity management and planning, as well as customer service. 
  • You are proficient in the following tools: Microsoft Office, Moodle, or other learning management platforms. 
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1). 

You will stand out if: 

  • You have worked in the education sector. 
  • You have a high level of proficiency in Basque (C1). 
  • You have experience working with Zoho CRM and Business Central ERP. 
  • You are results-oriented and focused on achieving objectives.
