You will be part of the Technology Center of Basque Culinary Center, GOe Tech Center, where your main mission will be to execute and develop innovation projects with companies and institutions within the gastronomy and food sector. 

The main areas of work for this position will focus on: 

• Coordinating and executing projects, managing the work team and maintaining relationships with the stakeholders involved. 
• Identifying and attracting potential partners interested in the projects of the GOe Tech Center Technology Center. 
• Contributing to the Technology Center’s value proposition in the field of innovation. 
• Developing project deliverables collaboratively. 

Do you identify with the following characteristics? 

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar fields. 
• You have at least 2 years of experience in innovation project management. 
• Experience in situation diagnosis projects, strategy definition and action plan development. 
• Experience liaising with different stakeholders such as public institutions or management teams. 
• High level of Basque and English (C1). 
• Availability to travel according to project needs. 

You will stand out if you: 

• Hold a Master’s degree in a business-related field. 
• Have professional experience in R&D&I departments and/or strategic consulting, especially in processes of business model redefinition and transformation. 
• Have participated in international projects, working in multicultural and dynamic environments. 
• Demonstrate strong commercial orientation and the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities. 
• Are able to work simultaneously on different projects while maintaining high standards of organization, efficiency and goal achievement.
