Your main mission will be to take responsibility, in collaboration with the teaching team in the area, for the instruction of the culinary subjects in the Pre-preparation and Basic Cooking Techniques courses. 

Main areas of work: 

• Prepare, together with the kitchen assistants, the mise en place for training, manage orders, etc. 
• Teach theoretical and practical cooking subjects. 
• Update content for the teaching of different subjects. 
• Supervise projects, review assignments, monitor students’ progress, moderate forums, etc.

Do you identify with the following characteristics? 

• You have at least an FP2 (Advanced Vocational Training) degree in Cooking, Gastronomy, or similar. 
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience working in traditional restaurants. 
• You have basic user-level IT skills, such as Excel and PowerPoint. 

You will stand out if: 

• You have experience teaching, both formal and non-formal. 
• You hold a Master’s in Teacher Training and/or the Pedagogical Aptitude Certificate (CAP). 
• You have experience with learning platforms, such as Moodle or similar. 
• You have a high level of English (C1).
