Your main mission will be to collaborate and contribute to project management and the planning, production, and execution of events developed within EDA Drinks & Wine Campus. 

Our main areas of work focus on: 

Management and support to the Management Team:

• Prepare documentation, presentations, and management reports. 
• Follow up on EDA projects and strategic initiatives. 
• Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders (wineries, institutions, or other agents). 
• Support the administrative and operational management of the EDA project. 

Event production: 

• Co-design each EDA event. 
• Plan the needs and resources of each event, ensuring quality processes. 
• Execute and supervise event production. 
• Coordinate different teams and suppliers. 
• Document the financial closure of each event. 
• Evaluate client satisfaction. 

Do you identify with the following characteristics? 

• You have a Bachelor´s Degree  in Gastronomy, Tourism, Event Management, Business Administration, or a similar field. 
• You have experience in project management and/or event production. 
• You have organizational, planning, and multitasking skills. 
• You possess communication and coordination skills with different teams. 
• You are proactive and results-oriented. 
• It will make a difference if: 
• You are comfortable interacting in Spanish, Basque, and English (C1). 
• You have experience or interest in the wine and beverage sector. 
• You have worked in academic, research, or innovation center environment
• You have experience managing events in international and multicultural settings. 
• You have knowledge of project management.
