Your main mission will be to support teaching staff in planning and executing practical activities, ensure the proper functioning of the laboratories, and contribute to the development of educational and research projects in both Spanish and English, helping students acquire technical and scientific competencies in a safe and organized environment. 

In your day‑to‑day role… 

• You will support faculty in carrying out laboratory practices, microbiological assays, sensory analysis, and ingredient functionality studies. 
• You will prepare culture media, carry out autoclaving and plate pouring, and set up experimental procedures needed for practical sessions. 
• You will supervise and verify the proper functioning of the laboratory and the availability and condition of required materials. 
• You will provide technical support to students during practices, resolving questions and facilitating learning. 
• You will collaborate on educational projects and course challenges, including activities delivered in English when required. 
• You will assist in preparing classes, materials, and lab spaces, as well as organizing groups and coordinating with faculty. 
• You will record and document activities and results.

• Higher vocational training in Laboratory or a scientific field. 
• Basic knowledge of experimental procedures and handling scientific materials. 
• Organizational skills, teamwork, and autonomy. 
• A strong interest in science, science communication, and continuous learning. 
• Advanced level of English (C1).

• You have previous experience in technical support roles in scientific, educational, or lab environments. 
• You have a high level of Basque (C1).
