Your main mission will be to drive direct sales, gain an in-depth understanding of our products and client base, and progressively collaborate in the definition and improvement of commercial strategy and sales processes. 

In your day-to-day… 

• You will identify client needs and close sales through a consultative approach. 
• You will contact and follow up on leads. 
• You will monitor and update the sales pipeline. 
• You will collaborate in improving the sales pitch and value propositions. 
• You will participate in the creation and updating of the sales manual. 
• You will support the definition of scripts and best contact practices. 
• You will analyze conversions and results to optimize sales processes. 

Do you identify with the following characteristics? 

• You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2C sales. 
• You hold a Higher Degree in Marketing and Sales or a related field. 
• You have fluent professional-level English communication skills (C1). 
• You stand out for your social and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner. 
• You demonstrate a proactive attitude and motivation to learn and grow professionally. 
• You are interested in commercial strategy and sales funnels. 
• You show strong analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset. 

You will stand out if you… 

• Have experience in consultative selling. 
• Have worked in the education, services, or gastronomy sectors. 
• Are familiar with CRM systems or tools such as call centers, chatbots, etc. 
• Have a high level of Basque (C1).
