Do you have experience in administrative roles and would you like to work in an institution that is a benchmark in the gastronomic world? If so, this could be your great opportunity!

Your main mission will be to provide administrative support to the Student Office team, as well as assistance in academic management processes for students enrolled in Bachelor’s Degrees, Official Master’s Degrees, and PhD programs.

What will your day-to-day be like?

Preparing documentation related to internal scholarships and official scholarships from the Basque Government and the Ministry of Education.
Preparing certificates and other academic documents for students.
Placing purchase orders through the ERP system.
Collaborating in the Faculty’s institutional reaccreditation processes.
Participating in various academic processes linked to Bachelor’s, Official Master’s, and PhD programs.

Are you the person we are looking for?

You have 2–3 years of experience in administrative positions.
You have a high level of Basque and English (C1).
You stand out for your social and interpersonal skills and your approachable manner.
You are an organized and detail-oriented person.

It will be a plus if you…

Have worked in educational centers offering regulated education.
Are familiar with tools such as Moodle or Business Central ERP.
Are an autonomous person, capable of working towards objectives.
