At Goe Tech Center, the Basque Culinary Center’s Technology Hub, we are looking to strengthen our culinary team with an expert in food technology and R&D of new products. If you are motivated to work in a pioneering environment where creativity meets science, this is your opportunity! 

Your main mission will be to support the culinary team by applying your expertise in food technology and R&D experience to create and launch new products. 

Our main areas of work include: 

• Defining R&D strategies for culinary products and new business lines. 
• Coordinating projects: teams, timelines, resources, and budgets. 
• Participating in technical development, supervising trials and validations. 
• Writing and presenting technical reports, results, publications, and patents. 
• Sharing progress at professional forums and international conferences. 

We would love to meet you if you have: 

• A Bachelor´s Degree in Agronomic Engineering, Food Biotechnology, or a related field. 
• Over 10 years of experience in food product R&D and technology transfer. 
• Proven track record in developing and launching products in different markets. 
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical methods. 
• Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and team leadership. 
• Availability to travel and share your knowledge wherever needed. 

You will stand out if: 

• You have managed publicly funded programs (CDTI, Hazitek, etc.). 
• You have experience in supplier approval and relationship management. 
• You are familiar with current food regulations and legislation. 
• You are fluent in French (C1 level). 
• You have your own vehicle for added flexibility.
