At the Gastronomy Open Ecosystem (GOe), we are looking for a service-oriented, proactive, and organized person to join our team as a Reception Technician. You will be the first face people see at our center, and your role will be key in assisting both visitors and our internal team. 

Your mission will be to provide a warm, efficient, and professional reception to everyone who interacts with our center, sharing information and coordinating the operation of essential internal and external services. 

Your main responsibilities will include: 

• Offering a close and professional service to internal and external clients, both in person and by phone. 
• Providing information about GOe’s services and spaces. 
• Assisting in the management and control of the center's general services. 
• Handling incidents and coordinating the daily operational needs. 

Do you identify with the following profile? 

• You have a Higher Technician degree in Administration, Tourism or similar fields. 
• You enjoy working with people and customer service. 
• You have worked for at least 1 year in customer-facing roles. 
• You are organized, collaborative, and solution-oriented. 
• You thrive in dynamic environments and know how to deal with unexpected situations. 
• You can communicate in Basque and English (B2–C1 level). 

It’s a plus if: 

• You’ve worked with tools like Salto or Excel. 
• You have experience using ERP systems like Business Central or similar.
