Your main mission will be to develop the value proposition and activities in the area of entrepreneurship, attracting and promoting the growth and consolidation of start-ups, accompanying the connection in the ecosystem and establishment in the territory. 

Our main lines of work are focused on:  

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with startups in different stages of maturity, identifying those with growth potential aligned with the strategic objectives of the BCC ecosystem. 
• Designing customized support itineraries for the consolidation and expansion of startups, connecting them with investors, mentors and industry experts.  
• Promote strategic alliances between startups and key players in the ecosystem (companies, technology centers, institutions), fostering opportunities for collaboration and joint development.  
• Identify public and private funding opportunities for participating startups, supporting the preparation of proposals and facilitating access to relevant programs.  
• To monitor and evaluate the impact of the established alliances.  

Do you identify yourself with the following characteristics?  

• You have a Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Engineering or similar.  
• You have a minimum experience of 4 years working in Entrepreneurship Departments, as well as Startup Accelerators.  
• You have experience in business management, especially in areas related to strategy, planning and economic-financial management. 
• You have experience in the creation and management of startup and/or entrepreneurship communities.  
• You have knowledge related to entrepreneurship ecosystems.  
• You have high interlocution and writing skills in English (C1). 

You will make a difference if:  

• You have a Master's Degree in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Strategy or similar. 
• You have lived your own entrepreneurship process and you are passionate about accompanying others along the way.   
• You have knowledge related to the gastro-food sector.  
• You have a vision oriented to achievement and results.  
• You have a high level of Basque (C1).
