Your main mission will be to manage the gastronomic production of the events organized at the Basque Culinary Center, where you will have the opportunity to interact with different stakeholders (departments, suppliers, institutions...).

Our main lines of work are focused on:

Planning, organizing and elaborating the kitchen production of the events.
Cleaning and tidying up the corresponding kitchen facilities.
Ordering of the necessary raw materials / utensils to develop the activity.
Promote the rotation of menus prioritizing seasonality and local products.
Manage work teams with students, promoting their training and motivation towards the department.
Manage budgets.
Manage surpluses.

Requirements

Do you feel identified with the following characteristics?

You have at least 1 year of experience working as a cook.
You have knowledge of avant-garde culinary techniques.
You have flexible working hours.
You have worked with Office automation (Word, Excel)...
You have interpersonal communication skills, planning and self-management skills.
You enjoy working in a team.

You will make a difference if:

You have a high level of Basque and English (C1).
You are a proactive and flexible person, willing to bring new knowledge and ideas to the team.
You have an official disability certificate equal to or higher than 33%.
