At Basque Culinary Center we need to incorporate a Manager in the Student Office on a temporary basis, until September 2024. You will work full time at our center in Miramón.
Your mission will be to perform tasks related to the service and attention to the student and coordination of external practices, which you will manage from the Academic Department.

You will be in charge of the coordination and management of internships for the students of the faculty. You will also be in charge of the elaboration of the internship documentation, agreements and annexes.
You will have to keep the database of collaborating companies updated for the management of internships, and coordinate with the internship tutors for the follow-up of the internships.
You will give attention to companies interested in hosting internship students at national and international level.
Finally, you will participate in the Internship Committee and collaborate in academic management processes with the Academic Secretary.
Do you feel identified with the following characteristics?
Superior degree in Secretarial, Administration or similar. As well as having proven experience in customer service, preferably to students.
High interlocution and writing skills (C1) in English and Basque.
Advanced knowledge of the Office package.
