Training Programmes Manager

Description

The Basque Culinary Center needs to recruit a full-time person to work as a training programme manager.

He/she will be responsible in collaboration with the management of the Masters and Courses department and the area manager for the proper development of the training programmes of Masters and specialisation courses aimed at professionals in the gastronomy sector.

 

The main functions will be:

- Attention to students, support in the procedures prior to their arrival and during the training programme.

- Planning and execution of the needs of the training programmes (face-to-face and online).

- Working hand in hand with the teachers of the training programmes, in the updating and continuous improvement of the same.

- Programming of activities and configuration of the virtual platform.

- Management and attention to the teaching staff.

- Elaboration of statistical reports on students, origins, surveys, indicators...

- Elaboration and control of the training programme budget.

Requirements

Training and experience

- Technical or higher education, preferably in pedagogy, business administration and management, or others that accredit project and people management skills.

- Experience in management and planning of activities and customer service preferably in the education sector.

 

Technical skills:

- Languages: Basque, level C1 of English.

- Advanced knowledge of the office package.

- Experience in the use of learning platforms: Moodle or others.

 

Knowledge of the following tools will be an asset:

o Zoho CRM

o Business Central ERP

- Planning and self-management skills, flexibility and proactivity.

- Ability to work as part of a team.

- Achievement and results orientation.
