Basque Culinary Center, the Faculty of Gastronomic Sciences, needs to hire a Communication Manager to join the Communication Department.

Job Context and Main Purpose

Under the supervision of the Department Director he/she will be in charge of the creation, generation and management of content, news… in the media in line with the organisation's communication strategy.

Their main functions will be the following:

Planning communication actions in line with general strategies and specific departments.
Manage communication on social networks and online channels
Management of press and media
Generate content adequate for the different online and offline communication strategies
Collaborate with the digital marketing plans

Requirements

What we seek:

A creative, entrepreneurial, proactive and multi-skilled person. They will also have leadership and teamwork ability.

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in Journalism, Audiovisual Communication or similar.
Contrasted experience in online and offline communication management, preferably with an international dimension
Knowledge of communication and digital marketing strategies
Knowledge of techniques for and the development of digital media
Leadership skills and creativity
Ability and willingness to become part of multidisciplinary teams
English at a bilingual level essential (English/Spanish)
Basque will be an asset.
