Culinary Connection-Conexión Culinaria
It’s been a year since we set Culinary Connection in motion to promote the values that have influenced evolution in contemporary cuisine. Values such as freedom, self-fulfillment, creativity, sharing and cooperation… are present in the culinary evolution movements that are emerging worldwide.
Culinary Connection is looking to encourage those values, foster innovation and vanguard in the kitchen and connect the cooks of the world along with educational institutions that are dedicated to culinary arts and thus encourage an international culinary network.
Culinary Connection-Conexión Culinaria 2013
In 2013 we visited 5 cities, we met with 100 chefs, we gave modern cooking workshops to 550 students and food service professionals. We were able to converse with so many people who are passionate about food in Sao Paulo, Singapore, Hong Kong, New York o Moscow and they have given us a magnificent perspective on what is going on in the world. It will all be part of the Culinary Connection documentary that we are editing now.

We will be announcing our plans for 2014 shortly. Culinary Connection marches on. Chile, México, Scandinavia and South Korea will be our next stops.
