The Basque Culinary Center brings together startups from the world of food at the 5th International Forum of Entrepreneurs Culinary Action

Sharing the vision of the most prominent national and international entrepreneurs, and addressing the present and future of the food sector. This is the premise of the 5th International Forum of Entrepreneurs - Culinary Action, organised by the Basque Culinary Center in collaboration with Heineken, Hazi and Fomento San Sebastián. The event will be held on February 5th and 6th in San Sebastián. Two conferences have been consolidated into one as a gathering for learning, entrepreneurship and exchange of experiences from the food sector.

The event will be attended, amongst others, by the “serial entrepreneur” and investor Izanaki Martínez, along with Javier Goyeneche, a creator of fashion products made from recycled materials, Zeenath Hasan, founder of Rude Food Malmö, the first food waste catering service in Sweden, and Daniel Kats from Infarm, an on-demand agriculture service. Also on the programme is the merger of two benchmark companies in the e-grocery market (online food shopping), turning them into absolute leaders in Spain: Lola Market and Comprea, among others.
