The Basque Culinary Center strengthens its offerings of professional training for Food & Beverage and Dining Room Management

This year, the Basque Culinary Center will offer a new Food & Beverage Management Master's Programme geared towards hotels, which is the result of a years-old relationship the centre has established with the hotel sector, with 10% of its outgoing professionals moving on from the classroom to collaborate with nearly all of Spain's major chains.

What is more, room service is one of the hotel industry's cornerstones. In order to showcase the work of these professionals and improve their training, the Basque Culinary Center has designed two new programmes geared towards this trade: a specialisation course and a University Expert course in Dining Room Management that seek to "train professionals with a more contemporary point of view and greater knowledge of the products, technology, and design that create the culinary experience".
