Starting Sunday, San Sebastian is preparing to welcome delegations from 27 European Ministries of Competition that will meet up in our city as part of Spain's 6 months European Union presidency. On Sunday 7th February, Monday 8th and Tuesday 9th, European personalities will debate different proposals related to innovation, science and industry. San Sebastian intends to make the most of this event, in the light of its vocation for innovation and new technologies. The work session on Sunday 7th February will end with a dinner in the Palacio de Miramar, attended by the different delegations and the President of the Basque Government, Patxi López, where the Basque Culinary Center will play a starring role. The menu will be acquitted by chefs from the BCulinary board, Juan Mari Arzak,Pedro Subiajan, Martín Berasategui, Andoni Luis Adúriz and Hilario Arbelaitz. BCulinary will show a video so ministers attending the dinner will be able to see how Innovation and Research in an activity such as gastronomy have revolutionised the sector and how the Basque Culinary Center project is rewriting the rule book for creative and innovative development in the future.
