Fagor Group has become the first company to sign up to the Basque Culinary Center project, by joining the Foundation's board. The agreement signed today in San Sebastian between the Director of BCulinary and Mondragon Unibertsitatea Vice rector, Joxe Mari Aizega and the General Director of Fagor Group, Txema Gisasola, highlights Basque Culinary's commitment to creating synergies between different agents related to the gastronomic sciences sector. This was the origin of this agreement, initially lasting for four years starting from 1st January 2010, meeting BCulinary's aim to develop participative RTD+i by boosting projects in cooperation with agents that work in different potential research areas.
