Your main mission will be to support the admissions process for individuals interested in pursuing training at our center. 

In your day-to-day work... 

• You will support the management of enrollments using our digital tools. 
• You will guide prospective students throughout the entire admissions process, offering support and resolving their questions. 
• You will review and validate the required documentation. 
• You will collaborate in the preparation of performance reports. 
• You will take part in innovative projects, such as CRM optimization, Salesforce integration, and the development of our eCommerce platform. 

Do you identify with the following characteristics? 

• You have a Higher Training Degree in Administration and Commerce, Marketing, or related fields. 
• You stand out for your communication and interpersonal skills. 
• You have an intermediate level of Basque and English (B1). 
• You are a hardworking person who feels comfortable working toward objectives. 

You’ll stand out if: 

• You have between 1 and 2 years of experience performing administrative tasks. 
• You are interested in the gastronomy and education sectors. 
• You define yourself as a flexible person, able to adapt to different contexts. 
• You are familiar with CRM systems.
