At the Gastronomy Open Ecosystem (GOe), we promote projects that connect gastronomy with innovation, research, and society. Your main mission will be to design and deliver hands-on workshops on various topics related to gastronomy, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your culinary knowledge with highly diverse audiences. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Organizing and planning class sessions in collaboration with the kitchen area coordinator. 
• Teaching courses based on agreed-upon culinary topics. 
• Supporting and addressing the questions of participants during the courses. 

Do you identify with the following? 

• You have professional experience in the restaurant or culinary industry. 
• You have experience teaching (formal or informal education). 
• You have training in nutrition or other health-related fields. 
• You are proficient in traditional and modern culinary techniques. 
• You connect well with both adults and children. 
• You are skilled in using office software tools. 

You’ll stand out if: 

• You hold a university degree in Gastronomy or related fields. 
• You’re knowledgeable about different types of cuisines, specific techniques, and products. 
• You speak Basque and English at a high level (C1). 
• You are highly organized and have strong planning skills.
