At the Basque Culinary Center we need to reinforce the marketing team of our educational offer (university degree, masters and courses).

Do you consider yourself a customer-oriented person, with communication and commercial skills? Do you have experience in similar positions mainly in the education  and gastronomy sector?

Your mission will be to execute the defined sales policy, giving response and follow-up to the people interested in training at BCC and who contact us through the different channels.

If you join our team, your day-to-day work will consist of...

• Responding to and advising potential clients who contact us through the different channels (email, telephone, whastsapp, chatbot, direct messages, face-to-face visits to the centre) with a commercial focus and results orientation.
• Nurture the CRM with the information obtained from contact with potential customers.
• Proactively liaise with stakeholders collected in CRM to follow up on their interest.
• Transfer to the marketing team valuable learnings and information gathered from contact with prospects.
• Communicate through mass mailings to potential customers of relevant information according to the interests collected.

We are looking for people who...

• Have sales experience in similar positions in the education sector or in sales/call centre positions.
• Have completed a Higher Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Sales Management or similar.

You will make a difference if...

• You feel comfortable interacting in Spanish, English and Basque.
• You have knowledge of commercial strategy design, customer services and different tools and technology.
• You have previously worked with a CRM.
• You have an official disability certificate equal to or greater than 33%.
