The Basque Culinary Center needs a full-time project manager to coordinate projects in the Business Development department.

CONTEXT AND MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

The main functions will be the following: 

- Proposal and planning of different promotional activities, including identification of the needs of each activity and participants.
- Coordination and management of promotional activities: trade missions, promotional showcookings, promotional materials. 
- Directing, coordinating and supervising all the agents involved in the project and in each action, as well as supervising the production of each activity.
- Budget control.
- Definition and coordination of the general communication plan and of each of the actions.
- Technical justification of the projects and actions carried out before the institutions.

- University degree, preferably in business administration and/or similar.
- Experience in project management and relations with companies. 
- Training and/or experience in the field of gastronomy will be an asset, as well as experience in organising promotional activities. 
- Communication and public relations skills.
- High interlocution and writing skills (C1) in English and Spanish. Ability to communicate in Basque will be an asset.
- Willingness to travel.
