The Basque Culinary Center is opening its doors to cooking enthusiasts from across the world. From July 23rd and throughout August this academic institution is running courses for locals as well as national and international tourists who want to spend a morning learning about the best of Basque gastronomy. Three different workshops—available in English or Spanish—will be repeated each week.
The courses aim to bring gastronomy enthusiasts together around culinary delights so that they can learn, explore, discover and have fun in the kitchen.
