The aim of Basque Culinary Center is the training, research, innovation and promotion of gastronomy and food.

Since our creation in September 2011, we work to be the international reference in this field and also to promote gastronomy as a lever for socioeconomic development through the Faculty of Gastronomic Sciences and the Research and Innovation Center. We also develop numerous promotional activities.

Currently we collaborate with more than 40 companies from the food and beverage industry, with different profiles and sizes. Thanks to them the achievement of the objectives of our foundation is possible.

Therefore, we want publicly thank each of these companies the provided important support, because without them it would not be possible to be what we are today. We also encourage new companies to join the project Basque Culinary Center.
