At the Basque Culinary Center, we are looking for a Kitchen Technician to support the teaching and management of the kitchen team in the Masters and Courses rea . You would work full time, with variable hours depending on the teaching activity.

Your main mission will be to be in charge of the preparation of support activities for cooking classes, as well as placing orders and material according to the established processes and mise en place.
You will be in charge of the administrative management of the different needs of speakers in the area, organising their logistics and needs for the development of the training. You will also support teachers in courses and seminars.
Finally, you will be in charge of reviewing documentation and uploading materials to the Moodle platform, as well as supporting the trainer and students during the training.
We are looking for someone who...
- Has a background in cooking and kitchen management skills, as well as experience in similar positions and restaurant cooking.
- Be friendly, cordial and a team player, ensuring an optimal customer experience.

- You have a good knowledge of office automation and Moodle.
- You are able to communicate in English.
