Culinary Action! comes to La Rioja on Monday 26 November in the form of a workshop for professionals which focuses on promoting debate based on some twenty success stories of chefs and hoteliers who are entrepreneurs, presented and discussed by their protagonists: chefs who, as owners and/or managers of their businesses, assume the role of entrepreneur, and other professionals linked to management and innovation in the hospitality sector.
The activities planned include the conference by Félix Jiménez, of Kiro Sushi, which will present “the case of a curious and ‘ultra-innovative’ Michelin star in Logroño”; the dialogue proposed between the Paniego and Echapresto dynasties under the title “The management of Rioja family businesses with Michelin stars”; and the round table in which Ikaro and Ajo Negro will talk about new projects that make La Rioja and America allies thanks to the Basque Culinary Center, a training body from which several members of both restaurants have graduated with the Master’s Degree in Cooking, Technique, Product and Creativity.
