Basque Culinary Centre and HIP join forces to promote innovation in the hotel industry

HIP-Hospitality Innovation Planet and the Basque Culinary Centre are entering into a partnership to promote innovation in the hospitality and catering sector in our country.

This association will be inaugurated at the annual innovation summit for the HORECA HIP2018 channel, which will be held on 19, 20 and 21 February, at IFEMA, Madrid and which is a further step in the impetus that HIP wants to contribute to the sector, with sessions, activities and conferences. The Basque Culinary Centre will lead in the gastronomic area. 

Among these activities, the holding of Culinary Action! Workshops stands out. Talks will be given by entrepreneurs from the sector, aimed at promoting the creation, development and promotion of entrepreneurship and the start-up of new businesses in the food and gastronomy sector.
