The chef, who is a member of the Basque Culinary Center’s Board, gave a master class before students and lecturers. 200 people attended Andoni’s presentation which explained his culinary philosophy in a theoretical and practical way. Andoni has travelled to be present at the signing of the recent collaboration agreement between the BCC and the most important educational centre in the United States. The President of the Basque Regional Government, Patxi López, was present at the signing of the agreement.
